Meet Eddie is a service provided by ChAInLinks LLC, an Iowa limited liability company. When these terms say "we" or "us," that's who we mean.
Eddie is a personal helper app for Android phones. It listens for notifications you choose to share, remembers things you tell it, and helps with daily tasks like reminders, lookups, and conversations.
Eddie is intended as a helpful companion, not a substitute for professional advice. Eddie is not a medical advisor, financial advisor, lawyer, or emergency service.
You need an account to use Eddie. You're responsible for keeping your login information safe. If something looks wrong with your account, tell us right away.
Eddie is offered as a monthly subscription, billed through Google Play. New users get a two-day free trial. You can cancel anytime through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
If you run out of monthly credits, you can buy a one-time boost or wait for your next cycle. Top-up purchases are not refundable.
Don't use Eddie to do anything illegal, harmful to others, or that violates someone else's rights. Don't try to break into our systems or use Eddie to harass or harm anyone.
We do our best to make Eddie reliable, but we can't guarantee it'll always be available or always be right. Eddie is provided "as is," and we can't be held responsible for losses caused by relying on something Eddie said or did. Always double-check important decisions.
We might update these terms or change how Eddie works. If we change something important, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
